The challenge
Rockstar Wellness Center offers several different things to different people: personalised wellness programmes, weight and lifestyle-disease management, corporate wellness, products and a 9-month online diploma for aspiring coaches — to clients in Guntur and online. A business like this runs on trust and on how easy the first conversation is. Without a clear path for each audience, interest doesn’t become consultations.
The objective
One credible home for the brand that routes each visitor — client, corporate buyer or student — to the right offer, and makes the first step a consultation that can be started by form, call or WhatsApp.
Strategy
Lead with the outcome people want — “Transform your health. Transform your life.” — then organise everything around one next step: book a consultation. Give each programme its own page for search, keep WhatsApp one tap away for people who’d rather message, and ask the questions at booking that let the team prepare.
Architecture
- Next.js website: About, Services, Programs, Certification, Products, FAQs and Contact.
- Seven service pages — Ayurvedic nutrition, lifestyle-disease management, weight management, holistic wellness, stress management, preventive healthcare and corporate wellness — each a search landing page.
- A dedicated consultation page that explains what happens next: book, health assessment, personalised plan, then ongoing support and progress tracking.
- Organization, HealthAndBeautyBusiness, Person and WebSite structured data, and a sitemap.
Design
Warm and natural rather than clinical: a cream background, deep-green accents, a serif headline set in two weights, and one green “Book a Consultation” button that stays in the header.
Implementation
- A qualifying consultation form that captures interest, online or in-person preference, goals and consent — so the first call starts informed.
- WhatsApp, call and email beside the form, for people who’d rather not fill one in.
- A clear line on wellness content: coaching complements medical care; it doesn’t replace it.
- Brand and social content, so the website, Instagram and other profiles read as the same business.
- Search optimisation across the service pages, paid campaigns, and analytics measuring what each channel produces.
Technology
- Next.js
- Server-side form handling
- Google Analytics
- Schema.org structured data
- WhatsApp click-to-chat
Analytics and measurement
Google’s analytics tag runs site-wide, so visits, campaign traffic and consultation requests can be measured against their source.

What we learned
- When a business sells several things, give each its own page — and give all of them the same next step.
- Offer the channel people already use. For many clients in India that’s WhatsApp, not a form.
- Ask at booking what you’d otherwise ask on the first call; it makes the consultation better.
- In wellness, credibility comes from restraint: say plainly what coaching does and doesn’t replace.
